so like... i've had this account for ages. and i've never really used it much. just posted a chunk of pictures every now and then when i need a little encouragement or a few compliments from strangers. (that sounds pathetic, i know.) but anyway, it's been years since i've kept a journal. blurty to greatestjournal to xanga to myspace to facebook. with paper in between them all. but since then, my every day updates have turned into some creative short story to postings directed towards people to nothing. and i've recently taken one of the biggest steps in my life. why am i not writing about it? well, i'm not sure. maybe because it doesn't seem all that big. and maybe because nothing all that extravagant has happened yet. and maybe because i only write when i have nothing better to do and just feel like releasing some stress onto the keyboard. whatever the reason, i've obviously somewhat changed my mind by writing this post. why, you ask? because i don't know a single person in real life that i'm connected to on here. that's a good feeling.
